Purchasing through any other media is not a legitimate purchase, and will not be honoured at the event. Should you try to enter on a false registration, security will ask that you leave the Holiday Park grounds.

Tent Site Registration

The 'early bird' price of individual registrations is $215.00 for tent sites. The deposit required is $115.00 per person.
The balance of $100 is payable on the 29th December 2019.

Cabin Registration

The price each person is $310 for a cabin. Minimum of 5 and Maximum of 6 people per cabin.
The deposit required is $110.00 per person.
The balance of $200 + $50 bond is payable when you register on the 29th December 2019.

We have young people on site for 4 nights. From the 29th Dec to 2nd Jan. The park has been hosting this event for many years. Come and join the fun. Camping with your friends and heaps of other young people, fill in the form and send back with your deposit. It's that easy. This event is most suitable for young people from the age of 18-24 (preferred).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• How much is the price for the 4 nights?
  $215 per person tenting for 2019/20 (NB: you must book with us at the Holiday Park by filling the registration form and pay a deposit).
  $115 deposit per person tenting to confirm a booking. This includes a $5 bond.
• When do I pay the Balance?
  On the 29th Dec when you arrive at the camp.
• What if I want a Cabin?
  Cabins cannot be booked online, we have a limited number so check first then complete the form and send to the holiday park with a deposit of $110 per person, balance of $200 on arrival. There is also a $50 bond per person to pay on arrival. Minimum occupancy per cabin 5 max 6.
• How big an area do I get?
  The area depends on the size of your group, the bigger the group the larger area you will get.
• Where do I park my car?
  Everything you bring must fit on your site, including tents/cars, so the more cars you bring the less room you have for tents/chairs etc.
• Can I book/pay for just 1 night?
  No. This is a 4-day minimum stay so EVERYONE pays the same amount. You can stay for a shorter time, but the price remains the same.
• Can I add friends to my group?
  Yes. You can add to your group at any time, up until we are fully booked.
• How do I join a group?
  We need the group leaders approval for anyone to join a group. The group leader is to send an email with the name of the people to add, and debit/credit card details to pay the deposit.
• What happens if I can't come?
  The deposit is non-refundable.
• Can my friends visit me at the Holiday Park?
  No. Only people who have paid can come into the park.
• Can I get a day pass to visit?
  No.
• Can I request to be near a friend's group/or area in park?
  Yes. Just put it on the booking form or phone us.
